B&M Remodeling and Construction

August 7, 2020

Bibiana Fuller is founder of B&M Remodeling and Construction. She is native of Colombia, however she has lived in the United States for 30 years and has called Chattanooga her home for the last 8 years. She moved to Texas for a brief period of time but returned because she loves Chattanooga.

It is not common to see women in the construction industry, however Bibiana is known to be very involved and hands on in every project. Painting, demolition, and doing anything that needs to be done right alongside her crew. She discovered her passion for remodeling and construction several years ago when she remodeled her own home. She fell in love with the process and started contacting people in the industry, networking, researching and ultimately went back to school and obtained her General Contractor License. From the beginning she wanted to do things right and is fully licensed and insured.

Transforming spaces, decorating and bringing new life to homes is what she enjoys most. She is always up to date on trending styles, techniques and colors, and is constantly learning. Bibiana is involved with her community as an industry educator and consultant. She currently teaches kids at The Howard School soft skills training for the construction industry and is certified in TVA/EPB’s eScore weatherization program.

As most entrepreneurs Bibiana is a risk taker and she is very budget conscious and detail oriented. She is focused on quality and overall customer satisfaction which includes honoring time commitments. She is also well respected by her team and is known to be a fair employer, which her low turnover is testament to.
